At Impact Financials, we stand behind the value of our services and courses. Because our services involve both digital products and personalized consulting, we have the following refund guidelines:

Services

• Credit Repair, Tax Preparation, and Business Registration: These services are non-refundable once work has begun, as they require time, expertise, and third-party filings.
• Consultations & Coaching: Fees for completed sessions are non-refundable. If you cancel a scheduled session at least 24 hours in advance, we will reschedule at no extra charge.

Digital Products & Courses

• Online Courses & E-books: Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final.
• If you encounter technical issues accessing your product, contact us at [Your Support Email] and we will ensure access is restored.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in situations of duplicate payments or technical errors.
